What this website collects
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts or comment forms. Search and episode filters run locally in your browser. We do not use them to build a profile about you.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep routine access logs for security and reliable delivery. These can include an IP address, browser details, the requested page and the time of the request.
Podcast audio
Podcast files are hosted by Castos. The audio player is set not to preload media. When you choose to play an episode, your browser connects to Castos to deliver the audio; Castos may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested file.
Optional video
Where an episode has a verified YouTube edition, the video is not embedded when the page first loads. YouTube content is requested only after you select the watch button, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. A normal link to the source video is also provided.
External services and links
Links to podcast directories, social platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This publication does not control how those services process information.
