JUDY MORGAN, DVM
Dr. Morgan grew up locally in Pitman and Woodstown, NJ, where she graduated high school as valedictorian in 1977. In 1980, she graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science, received a second Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in 1982, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. She has received her certification for Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation, a form of veterinary Chiropractic, and has earned certifications for Acupuncture and Food Therapy from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Southern New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, International Acupuncture Society, Botanical Veterinary Medical Association, and American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Morgan enjoys public speaking and giving presentations at local and national continuing education venues. She has published four books on natural care and feeding of cats and dogs.
She is the Chief Veterinary Medical Officer for Monkey’s House Senior Dog Hospice and Sanctuary, providing tender loving care to the wonderful seniors during their last months of life.
In her spare time, Dr. Morgan can be found riding horses or walking on the beach with Hue Grant. Together they are the proud parents of 4 cavalier King Charles spaniels, one English toy spaniel, 2 Cocker spaniels, 8 chickens, 2 horses, and one miniature horse.
